When did Bradmer Pharmaceuticals commence operations?
Bradmer Pharmaceuticals Inc. was incorporated on June 16, 2005 pursuant to the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).  On September 22, 2005, the Company issued shares pursuant to an initial public offering on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company went public as a Capital Pool Company, as that term is defined in TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.4 (the “CPC Policy”).    During 2005, the Company did not carry on any business operations other than the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with a view to completing a Qualifying Transaction, as that term is defined in the CPC Policy.  On February 8, 2006, the Company obtained shareholder approval for an amalgamation with Blue Devil Pharmaceuticals Inc., and on February 10, 2006, the Company completed this amalgamation.  Shortly thereafter, the Qualifying Transaction received the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and the Company commenced full operations.
